Urgent Opening: Long-Term First Grade Substitute Teacher (Start Monday!)
Location: Local Charter School – Delaware
Start Date: Monday (Immediately after Spring Break)

SOS Personnel is urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced long-term substitute teacher for a first-grade classroom at a charter school in Delaware. The assignment begins Monday and will continue for an extended period.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Certified Elementary Teacher (preferred)
  • If a certified candidate is not available, we will consider applicants with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior classroom experience strongly preferred

Additional Requirements:
  • Must be cleared and background checked for substitute teaching in the state of Delaware
  • Available to start immediately (Monday after spring break)
  • Reliable, professional, and passionate about education and student success
