Location of Service: San Ildefonso Day School, Santa Fe, NM 87506
Contract Term: October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026 (with 4 option years through 2030)
Estimated Hours: 185 hours per school year (approx. 5 hours/week, 37 weeks)

Position Overview
Augustine Angels is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to provide Psychological Therapy Services for San Ildefonso Day School, a Bureau of Indian Education school located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on students’ success while working within a culturally rich environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological therapy services in alignment with the school’s educational and behavioral needs.
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as required under federal and state standards.
  • Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families to support student development.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records and comply with federal records management and PII security standards.
  • Submit accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with contract requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current license as a School Psychologist in the State of New Mexico.
  • National Board Certification (NCSP) preferred/required under contract standards.
  • Demonstrated experience providing psychological services in a K–12 or similar educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of cultural diversity, with the ability to work effectively in Native American/tribal communities.
  • Must meet the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act requirements (successful background check required).
  • Signed Letter of Commitment to provide services upon government approval.

Contract Details
  • Contract Type: Labor Hour
  • Estimated Hours: 185 hours per academic year (approx. 5 hours/week)
  • All-inclusive compensation (covers labor, travel, and incidental expenses).
  • Contractor responsible for own travel, lodging, and personal expenses.
