SEEKING LOCAL FAMILY-OWNED CLEANING COMPANY – FEDERAL CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

Augustine Angels is looking to partner with a dependable family-owned or small cleaning business to perform janitorial services at a federal office and small bunkhouse in Kamiah, Idaho.

Work Includes:
• Office cleaning 2 days per week (evenings)
• Biannual deep cleaning
• Kitchen & bathroom sanitation
• Floor care
• Interior/exterior window cleaning (bunkhouse only; twice yearly)

Requirements:
🛠 Subcontractor must supply all cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning products, as required by the federal solicitation.
This includes vacuums, mops, buckets, chemicals, and general supplies.
