Augustine Angels, a leading provider of professional staffing and government support services, is seeking highly skilled, certified American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters to join our elite interpreter pool for upcoming federal contract assignments at Naval Base San Diego and locations within the greater San Diego area.  If you are a polished, dependable interpreter with strong ethics and exceptional communication skills, we want to partner with you.

✅ About the Opportunity

  • In-person interpreting for meetings, trainings, town halls, and special events
  • Assignments range from 1–8 hours per event
  • Ad-hoc and scheduled requests with a minimum of 10 days’ notice
  • Work alongside federal professionals in a high-credibility environment
  • Perfect for interpreters who want steady supplemental income with flexibility

🎓 Required Certifications

Applicants must hold one of the following:
  • NIC (NIC, NIC Advanced, NIC Master)
  • CI or CT
  • CDI (Certified Deaf Interpreter)
  • NAD Level III, IV, or V
  • BEI Certification 
    Only certified interpreters will be considered!!
