About the Position
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to service a federal office facility in Paisley, Oregon. This position supports a USDA Forest Service office and requires professionalism, discretion, and consistent high-quality cleaning standards.

This is a long-term, stable opportunity with a small business contractor supporting a federal agency.

Work Schedule
  • Wednesday after 4:30 PM
  • Saturday OR Sunday (flexible)
  • Approximately 10–15 hours per week
  • Work is performed while the building is closed

Duties Include
  • Restroom sanitation and disinfecting
  • Trash removal
  • Office cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping)
  • Lobby and entrance cleaning
  • Window cleaning (periodic)
  • Carpet cleaning (seasonal)
  • Floor waxing/maintenance (quarterly)
  • Supply restocking
    Must maintain federal cleanliness standards at all times.

Compensation
  • $22–$24 per hour depending on experience
  • Long-term opportunity (base year + 4 option years)

Requirements
  • Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background screening
  • Professional demeanorΒ 

Preferred
  • Experience cleaning offices or government facilities
  • Experience with floor waxing and carpet shampoo machines
