Behavior Support Specialist

Behavior Support Specialist – School-Based
Location: Christina School District – DE
Employment Type: W2 | School-Year
Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award

We are seeking experienced Behavior Support Specialists to join a collaborative school-based team serving students with diverse behavioral and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting FBAs
  • Support development and implementation of BSPs
  • Collect and graph behavioral data
  • Provide classroom-based intervention support
  • Collaborate with teachers and related service providers
  • Support parent communication initiatives

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Development, or related field
 ✔ Experience supporting students with moderate to severe behaviors
 ✔ Strong understanding of ABA principles
 ✔ Experience collecting and analyzing behavior data
 ✔ Professional communication skills

Compensation: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
