SOS Personnel, an experienced educational staffing agency, is recruiting qualified Delaware-certified teachers for potential homebound instructional assignments beginning in January 2027.

We're seeking educators in:

  • Elementary Education (PreK–5)

  • Middle and High School Mathematics

  • English Language Arts

  • Science

  • Social Studies

  • Special Education

Qualifications:

  • Active, appropriate Delaware teaching certification

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong communication and instructional skills

  • Ability to provide individualized instruction

  • Willingness to complete required background checks and clearances
